J&K Human Rights Perspective is a web cum print journal. It is a bimonthly review of Jammu and Kashmir Affairs with Human Rights Perspective.

Apart from opinion pieces, each issue contains accounts of major Human Rights violations in J&K. We define Human Rights violations as such acts by armed state and non-state actors which target innocent civilians for their political and religious beliefs.

This website has an archives section in which you can access earlier issues of the journal. Comments are welcome.
